  • Cancellations made within thirty (30) days before arrival will incur a 20% cancellation fee based on the total booking value.

  • Cancellations made within fifteen (15) days before arrival are non-refundable, but the amount may be used as credit for other products or services.

  • Cancellations made within ten (10) days before arrival will be charged the full booking amount.
Guarantee Policy

A 𝟱𝟬% reservation fee is due 𝟳 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 before check-in, failure to pay may result in cancellation.
Early Check in / Late Check Out

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

For reservations, request and book the room for the prior night.

Charges are hourly based on the room rate.
Rebooking Policy

Guests can rebook for free up to one week before arrival.

Second rebookings are allowed for an additional fee of Php 2,500.00 and no other amendments are permitted.
Deposit Policy

A 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗽 𝟮,𝟬𝟬𝟬.𝟬𝟬  per room for security deposit is required to safeguard our facilities during your stay.

Your security deposit should be settled upon check-in.
No-Show Policy

The total amount of the room reservation will be charged if you do not arrive within twelve (12) hours of check-in.
